The above quoted 9 and 5 hours include pre- and post-processing time for the speaker. The rooms are available between the hours of 07:30 and 19:30.

Parking places and the considerate use of all publicly-accessible rooms as well as a publication in our online events calendar are included in room rental. Similarly, the desired proper seating of each room. Please take note of our General Business Terms and Conditions (AGB) in regards to reseating arrangements at short notice.
